+ingredients
+- 1 small onion, minced
+- 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
+- 1 pound feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled
+- 3 eggs, beaten
+- 1 cup parsley, minced
+- 1 pound filo dough
+- 1/3 pound clarified butter
+
+directions
+- saute onion until soft
+- add spinach, continue to saute ten minutes
+- remove to bowl, cool, add cheese eggs parsley
+- brush baking sheet with butter
+- add half of dough, brushing with butter every second sheet
+- add filling, repeat with other half of dough
+- 350 deg 25 minutes
+- cut into triangles, place on rack, serve warm
